Processing Your Order We process orders received before 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) on the same business day. Any orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Preparation Time All orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 0–1 business day, from Monday to Friday (not including national holidays).
Delivery Timelines & Shipping Details
- U.S. addresses: Typical delivery takes 1–4 business days
- Shipping occurs: Monday through Friday
- Shipping Fee: Complimentary on every order
Orders are shipped using dependable U.S. carriers, and you’ll receive tracking information by email once your package is on its way.
Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to display the latest updates.
Shipping Limitations We currently deliver only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International delivery is not available at this time.
